It was Dr. Maria Montessori who was working as an assistant doctor at the Children’s Psychological Ward at a hospital in Rome who was first understood that determine an activity and understand an environment early on, then he/she can succeed in future education. And not only that, she also realized that a child was extremely inquisitive and had a great desire to know the things all around him or her. • It is essential to nurture the child very carefully in the first six years because this is when the unconscious learning progressively reaches the conscious level.

They need specially trained teachers who can open joyful doors of learning in friendly yet positive ways. When this happens, the child can learn through games, but correctly, and in an environment where nothing is imposed.

The Montessori Method allows the child to experience and comprehend what is all around him or her and thus learn better. This in turn creates an atmosphere where the child and the mentor form a bond based on mutual trust and regard for each other whereby the child gains self-confidence.
