Tutoring Homework Philosophy
Monday, March 22nd, 2010For most tutors, tutoring homework is just as important as the actual time spent working with the students. The average tutor only meets with his or her students once or twice a week, and usually for only thirty to sixty minutes at a time. That’s not a lot of time and so to keep what is being taught fresh and relevant, homework needs to be assigned and done on a regular basis. The success rate of students who actually take the time to do their additional studies is far higher than that of those who do not.
